novoflow GmbH in Rain am Lech develops and builds machines and systems in the fields of filtration and laser technology. For our workshop, we are looking for a technically skilled employee (m/f/d) who enjoys getting hands-on, thinks technically and enjoys mechanical and plant engineering.
🔧 YOUR TASKS
🔹 Assembly and construction of filtration systems and special-purpose machinery
🔹 Reading and implementing technical drawings and plans
🔹 Preparation and technical testing of our laser systems
🔹 Working with laser welding and laser cleaning technology
🔹 Maintenance, repair and service work
🔹 Supporting prototypes, sample processing and custom solutions
🔹 Troubleshooting, finding solutions and getting systems back up and running
🔹 Varied practical work instead of repetitive series production 🔧 WHAT IS IMPORTANT TO US 🔹 Technical or skilled trade qualification – ideally as an industrial mechanic, mechatronics technician, plant mechanic, metalworker or metal fabricator
🔹 Experience in mechanical and plant engineering is an advantage
🔹 Mechanical understanding and practical skills
🔹 Clean, reliable and independent way of working
🔹 Willingness to step outside your own area of responsibility and lend a hand when needed
🔹 Team spirit and enjoyment of varied technical tasks
🔹 Good German skills; English skills are an advantage
