We at novoflow are looking for an experienced sales professional (m/f/d) in technical sales to successfully place our innovative hand-held laser welding and laser cleaning systems on the market. If you understand technology, inspire customers and are at home in sales, then this is your chance!

🕒 Employment: Full-time

Your tasks:

✅ Identifying and developing new business opportunities in the expanding areas of laser welding and laser cleaning

✅ Maintaining and expanding existing customer relationships through regular visits and consultations

✅ Providing technical advice and presenting our laser products and services

✅ Preparation of individual offers and conducting negotiations until the contract is concluded

✅ Market observation and analysis of competitive activities

✅ Participation in trade fairs and specialist events for networking and market presence

Your profile:

🔹Completed technical or commercial training

🔹Strong communication and negotiation skills

🔹Independent and goal-oriented way of working

🔹Willingness to travel in Germany and the EU

🔹Good knowledge of written and spoken German, knowledge of English is an advantage
