NDCF - novoflow Dynamic Cross-Flow-Filtration

Rotation filtration

The procedure of rotation filtration (dynamic cross flow filtration) permits maximum filtration performance

The cross-flow effect (tangential overflow of the filter surface) is generated by the rotation of the filter discs and not by pumping of large liquid volumes.

  • Extreme overflow speeds (highly efficient cleaning of the filter area)
  • Considerably reduced energy costs (as compared to conventional cross-flow techniques)
  • High wall thrust tension
  • Use of the centrifugal forces

Chart: Conventional and dynamic cross-flow filtration

Increased filtration output of the rotation filtration as compared to conventional cross-flow filtration and dead end filtration.
